Jagotek can machine all kinds of materials: plain or stainless steel, high strength alloy, bronze, copper,etc, as well as mechanically welded parts.
Jagotek specialises in single unit or low volume manufacture. Our partners have qualified staff and machines that are specially adapted to this type of production.
Jagotek carries out all sorts of part treatment, such as stabilisation, hardness treatment (cementation, hardening, nitriding, etc) and protective coating (galvanising, burnishing, chromium coating,etc) or paint.
Turning:
Possibility of machining on a conventional, CNC or carousel lathe, for large parts.
- Lathe: max diameter: 3 metres, length 15 metres.
- Carousel: max diameter 10.5 metres, height 4 metres
Boring, milling:
Possibility of machining on a milling cutter, a boring machine or a centre bore.
- Milling cutter: 1.5 x 1.2 x 6 metres
- Boring machine: 4.5 X 4 X 16 metres
- Centre bore: 1.5 x 1.5 x 3 metres
Other types of machining:
- Linear rectification 2 x 2 X 6 metres
